Kitchens and Baths of Austin was started by two individuals coming together with a common goal of wanting to provide the best material, best workmanship, and best value for your money within the remodeling industry.

Ken Peters, founder of CDK Construction LLC, met a Carolina native and past owner of Carolina Cabinet and Tile shop for coffee one day to discuss the possibility of working together. 

Ken had construction experience with a National Home Builder as well as a local General Contractor before going on his own with CDK Construction.  Being a longtime Austinite as well as having a previous law enforcement background, his desire was to build a company with integrity and honesty while providing the best value for the consumer.

Mike Sanders, having a vast experience in the construction field, moved to Austin to be with his daughter and her family.  He wanted to utilize his comprehensive knowledge by building a local clientele that would create referrals based on the experience that they had with the remodeling project.  With the many kitchen and bath projects that Mike has been involved in, his ability to manage the project is second to none.
